一四川泸州市有个张坝桂圆林,在长江边,整个林带约10公里,沿江铺开一条长长的绿色长廊。当地人骄傲得很,说是天赐水土,就这一段江岸得天独厚,出产别样的桂圆。其实,我想泸州人老祖宗也未必就知道这里适合桂圆生长,只是偶然发现一种野果,一品,味儿还不错,于是栽培,于是改良,于是推广,前提是充分认识这方水土的奇妙,并保持水土不“流失”。
