主要由苊经硝化,氧化,脱水合成4-硝基-1,8-萘酐,产率53.5%.4-硝基-1,8-萘酐在和苯胺缩合生成4-硝基-N-苯基-1,8-萘酰亚胺,产率76.5%。分别用两种不同还原剂还原4-硝基-N-苯基-1,8-萘酰亚胺,生成4-氨基-N-苯基-1,8-萘酰亚胺,产率分别35%和90%。4-氨基-N-苯基-1,8-萘酰亚胺和水杨醛发生希夫碱反应合成中间体a(产率20%)。在由中间体a和金属离子反应生成锌金属配合物产率80%,镍金属配合物产率86%。
