In the new era， computer and Internet technology brings us much convenience in amusing， and more meanningfully， improving ourselves. There are rich rescourse both for playing and studying on the Internet. Colorful entertainment is no more exclusive to the rich class and knowledge is no longer the preserve of highly educated elites.
However， greateset opportunities coincide with greatest challenges. People nowdays are in the face of enormous tempting distractions from their main life tasks. Abundant entertainment rescourse might preoccupy people who have limited self-management ability. Fortunately， many people can resist temptations on the Internet and beable to rationally use the Internet as a tool to help achieve self-improvement.
