少女进入青春期后,往往会自觉不自觉地注意自我,关心自己在别人心目中尤其在异性心目中的形象。一方面她们对自己常常不满,予以否定,另一方面又担心别人对自己加以否定,看不上眼。少女的这种“情感过敏”现象会使她们容易偏执地看问题,进而影响人与人之间的交往,甚至把自我封闭起来。因此,少女每当受“情感过敏”缠身时不妨用以下有益的活动来摆脱。1.到户外走一走,去接触大自然,新鲜的空气和美丽的景致可以使人心情放松,冷却火气。如果能邀上几个好友去开心地玩一玩,将独自“享受”忧郁的时光抹掉,更能把愁绪一扫而光。2.运动是摆脱紧张、忘记忧愁的好办法,有无体育专长并不重要,关键在于随便找个方式活动一下。
