眼球内异物遗留,属磁性者,若 X 线定位准确,施行磁吸术,一般都不感困难。惟非磁性者,目前尚无可靠的方法。Reed 氏等认为铜为非磁性异物,如进入眼内,电磁铁吸出是无能为力,故常常不能取出或在困难中钳出而损伤眼球。我院过去对此类患者亦感棘手。乃自1962年秋起用各种不同方法不断通过动物试验,初步获得一些钳取异物成功的经验,以后开始在临床上应用。至1963年5月在两例合并外伤性白内障的球内非磁性异物均成功地钳出。其中一例在受伤
