“以人为本”的科学发展观是我们党长期必须始终坚持的指导我国经济社会和人的全面发展的根本指导思想,也是“两课”教育教学的根本指导方针。“两课”教育教学贯彻以“以人为本”的科学发展观,必须更新教育教学理念,在教育教学中切实贯穿尊重学生的主体性、需要性、自主性、互动性的理念,这是实现“两课”教育教学针对性和实效性的前提和基础。也是开创“两课”教育教学新局面的前提和基础。
