介绍在PLG-300kN高频疲劳试验机上配备低温环境室及控制系统,对海洋工程用钢(ASTMA131)两种焊接形式下的板状试样进行的低温(-25℃)疲劳试验。试验结果表明:疲劳断裂部位均发生在焊趾处,十字型板状焊接在本试验机上试样的疲劳性能明显低于对接型。同时,给出的S-N方程供工程设计参考。
This article introduces the low temperature (-25 ℃) fatigue test of PLG-300kN high-frequency fatigue testing machine equipped with low-temperature environment room and control system for two kinds of welded forms of marine engineering steel (ASTMA131). The test results show that the fatigue fracture sites occur at weld toe, and the fatigue properties of cruciform welded to the test machine are obviously lower than those of butt weld. Meanwhile, the S-N equation is given for engineering design.
