教师人文素养最基本的含义就是教师所具有的人文精神及教师在日常活动中体现出来的思想、道德、情感、心理、性格和思维模式等方面的气质和修养。它表现为教师在日常教学管理中对学生的尊重和对学生成长的关心,表现为教书育人的强烈责任感和使命感。素质教育的推行,科教兴国战略的实施,创新型人才的培养,哪一样都离不开高素质的教师,而高素质的教师都具有很高的人文素养。同时教师人文素养的高低也直接影响着学生的人文素养。
The most basic meaning of teacher’s humanistic accomplishment is the humanistic spirit of teachers and the temperament and cultivation of teachers’ thoughts, morals, emotions, psychology, characters and modes of thinking embodied in their daily activities. It shows the teachers’ respect for students and the growth of students in the daily teaching management, which is manifested in the strong sense of responsibility and mission of teaching and educating people.
