本文利用传递矩阵法.对高速(30000~50000r/min)航空发动机的柔性双转子系统、进行了临界转速与不平衡响应的计算、分析了挤压油膜阻尼器不同油膜间隙、阻尼系数的变化对转子系统的减振性能的影响.理论计算数值与实测值相吻合。本文所建立的力学模型与计算程序、为此柔性双转子发动机的结构设计与改型研制、提供了理论分析与计算依据。
This article uses the transfer matrix method. The calculation of critical speed and unbalance response of a flexible dual-rotor system with high speed (30000 ~ 50000r / min) aeroengine is carried out. The vibration damping performance of the rotor system is analyzed with different oil film gap and damping coefficient of squeeze film damper Impact. The theoretical calculation value is consistent with the measured value. The mechanical model and the calculation program established in this paper provide theoretical analysis and calculation basis for the structural design and modification of the flexible twin-rotor engine.
