目的太康县为高碘毗邻地区,为掌握县城居民生活饮用水中碘含量的情况,给碘缺乏病防治提供依据。对辖区范围内4788份居民生活饮用水水碘含量进行了检验。方法按照《河南省高碘毗邻地区水碘普查及人群碘营养水平调查方案》要求采集样品,硫酸-高铈催化比色法进行测定。结果水碘含量在(1~10)μg/L110份;(10~100)μg/L3993份;(100~150)μg/L 685份,中位数73.4μg/L。结论按照成人每昼夜摄入水2 L~3L水平计算,每日碘摄入量200μg左右,根据世卫组织关于人体碘摄入量的最新推荐值,我县大部分为适碘区[3]。
Purpose Taikang County is a high iodine adjacent to the area, in order to master the iodine content of drinking water in county residents to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders. 4788 residents within the jurisdiction of drinking water iodine content was tested. Methods Samples were collected according to the “Investigation Plan of Iodine in Water and Iodine Surveys in Adjacent Areas of High Iodine in Henan Province” and the determination by sulfuric acid - cerium catalytic colorimetry. Results The water iodine content was in the range of (1-10) μg / L and 10 (10-100) μg / L, and the median concentration was 73.4 μg / L in the range of 100-150 μg / L. Conclusion According to adult daily intake of water 2L ~ 3L levels, daily intake of iodine 200μg, according to WHO’s latest recommendations on human intake of iodine, most of the county is suitable for iodine [3] .
