集体备课中教师们之间能够相互切磋、取长补短、资源共享以发挥集体的智慧和力量,是提高高三复习质量一种行之有效的手段。集体备课形成的学案(教案)应当是总体的复习目标、基本的复习思路、主要的复习方法和策略,而不是一个细化到每一个复习活动的“完美设计”。所以,学案的质量再高也只是教师优化自己复习设计的参考,“拿来主义”极有可能会导致以众家之长泯自家之优。学校当中,
