目的:探讨女工长期从事混苯作业的生殖及遗传毒性影响。方法:对制漆厂和机械厂女工生殖机能、子代健康情况采用问答方法进行回顾性调查。并随机对两厂部分工人进行微核、染色体畸变检查。结果:混苯作业女工月经量多、妊高症、贫血发病率明显高于对照组。女工微核检出率明显高于同厂男工及对照组女工。男女工染色体畸变检出率较对照组增高,尤以染色体数目异常检出率增高明显。女工微核检出率高于同厂男工,染色体畸形检出率男女工之间无差异。结论:长期低浓度混苯作业对女工生殖及遗传有一定影响,并使微核、染色体畸变检出率增加。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the reproductive and genotoxic effects of long-term mixing of benzene with female workers. Methods: Retrospective investigation was conducted on the reproductive function and the health status of the offspring among women workers in the paint factory and machinery factory. And some workers at two plants randomly micronuclei, chromosomal aberrations. Results: mixed benzene workers women menorrhagia, pregnancy-induced hypertension, the incidence of anemia was significantly higher than the control group. Micronucleus detection rate of female workers was significantly higher than the same factory male workers and control workers. The detection rate of chromosomal aberrations in male and female workers was higher than that in control group, especially the detection rate of abnormal number of chromosomes increased significantly. Female workers micronucleus rate higher than the same factory male workers, chromosomal abnormalities detected no difference between male and female workers. CONCLUSION: Long-term low-concentration mixed benzene treatment has certain influence on female reproductive and genetic factors, and increases the detection rate of micronuclei and chromosome aberrations.
