通过对一些服装店铺的员工进行问卷调查,并对问卷结果统计分析,初步了解员工对店铺的归属满意情况,分析得出直营店激励机制的现状和问题。激励机制应用中主要存在员工激励缺乏层次和变化,激励多停留在物质激励上,激励机制不公平等问题。本文试着运用科学的理论模型,对问题存在原因深层次的分析,提出从管理机制、考核机制、奖励机制等各个方面出发的对策,试图运用有效的策略和方法,来构建科学的激励机制,使员工的积极性和创造性保持和发扬下去,增强员工对店铺的归属感使直营店在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
Through the questionnaire survey of employees in some clothing stores and the statistical analysis of the questionnaire results, we can get an initial understanding of the employees’ satisfaction with the ownership of the stores and analyze the status quo and problems of the incentive mechanism of the direct sales stores. In the application of incentive mechanism, there are mainly problems such as the lack of level and change of employee incentive, the incentive stay in material incentive and the incentive mechanism unfair. This paper attempts to use scientific theoretical model to analyze the causes of the problem in-depth, puts forward the countermeasures from various aspects such as management mechanism, assessment mechanism and reward mechanism, tries to use effective strategies and methods to build a scientific incentive mechanism, So that the staff’s enthusiasm and creativity to maintain and carry forward, and enhance staff sense of belonging to the shop to direct stores in the fierce competition in the market remain invincible.
