2013年,甘肃祁连山水泥集团股份有限公司紧紧围绕“深化一条主线、实施两大任务、取得三项提升”的工作思路,一方面稳健实施区域布控战略,积极推进项目建设和并购重组,有序延伸产业链条;另一方面深入开展了管理提升活动,深化成本费用控制,强化市场营销和内部管理,经营效益显著提升。全年新增水泥产能500万吨,水泥产能达2600万吨;新增商砼产能160万方,商砼产能达430万方。产销水泥(含商品熟料)1756.33
