本文着重讨论了在微计算机控制车床加工螺纹中,应用Z80CTC在软件的支撑下消除螺距误差问题。从理论上讲,它适用于一切螺纹的螺距误差的消除。文中所给出的程序和例子都具有其实用性和代表性。目前,微机应用技术正在国内普遍推广,而如何控制不同螺距的螺纹加工是微机控制车床的难点,本文在不过多增加程序的基础上提出了解决办法,这种办法对于开发微机自身的功能是非常有益的。本文还对循环加工中的螺纹同步问题提供了解决方法。
This article focuses on the micro-computer-controlled lathe machining threads, the application Z80CTC software to eliminate the pitch error under the support of the problem. In theory, it works for the elimination of pitch error for all threads. The procedures and examples given in this paper are both practical and representative. At present, microcomputer application technology is widely promoted in China, and how to control screw thread machining with different pitch is the difficulty of microcomputer control lathe. This paper proposes a solution based on the increase of program but this method is very useful for developing computer’s own function benefit. This article also provides a solution to the problem of thread synchronization in cycle machining.
