IT与食品保质期食品都有保质期;顾客对此也尤为关注。因此,食品制造企业就要比顾客还要更关注保质期。怎样尽量减少产品因为过了保质期而产生的浪费?怎样才能保证产品及时准确地摆在商店的柜台里? 供应链管理肯定是这类企业最关注的应用。供应链管理包含两端——一端指向自己上游的供应商,一端指向企业下游的代理商。而食品企业的供应链管理更多地是从下游开始的,目的就是充分利用网络技术实现网络版图的扩张大于地理版图的扩张。另外,物流配送的能力也对食品企业起着非常重要的作用,整个过程基本上遵循从生产工厂到各地仓库再到经销商和零售卖场以至最终用户的过程。在这个过程中间,时间就是产品的生命。怎样在最短的时间内到达尽可能远的销售点、怎样保证库存的周转是健康有效的,这些都是供应链管理需要解决的问题。当然产品的生命是从生产开始的,因此企业内部的ERP建设也是食品企业非常重视的。在采访中,我们发现一些企业已经在ERP建设上经历了多次波折。该如何正确理解ERP与企业管理的关系,如何把ERP规划与企业的供应链管理有机结合起来……这些都要食品企业在不断发展过程中慢慢积累、慢慢沉淀。

Of course, the life of the product starts from production. Therefore, the internal ERP construction of the company is also very important for food companies. In the interview, we found that some companies have experienced many twists and turns in the construction of ERP. How to correctly understand the relationship between ERP and business management, how to organically combine ERP planning and corporate supply chain management... These should be accumulated and slowly precipitated by the food companies in the process of continuous development.
