Albania will construct Inell hydroelectric power station on the Vyosa River in the southern part of the country, with an installed capacity of 10MW and a total investment of 160 million U.S. dollars. The project will be designed and operated by Elen Group of Italy. Construction of the dam started in 2000 and completed in 2004. The power station will be connected with Greece and its own power grid, and through the laying of a seabed between Greece and Italy to be built in 2001
