肿瘤细胞产生自身的生长因子通过其外部受体作用于细胞使之癌变的过程叫做“自主分泌”。现在,自主分泌生长因子的概念已成为研究恶性转化的分子基础与细胞基础的一个共同课题,它使原来分开的癌基因和多肽的研究合而为一, 许多种肿瘤细胞释放多肽生长因子而同类肿瘤细胞常具有对这些多肽的功能受体。癌细胞自主分泌的多肽生长因子包括TGF-α,PDGF,bombesin和TGF-β等。
The process by which a tumor cell produces its own growth factor to act on the cell to cause it to become cancerous is called “autocrine secretion.” Now, the concept of autonomously secreting growth factors has become a common topic for the study of the molecular basis and cellular basis of malignant transformation. It combines the original studies of separate oncogenes and peptides into one. Many types of tumor cells release polypeptide growth factors and are similar. Tumor cells often have functional receptors for these polypeptides. Peptide growth factors secreted by cancer cells include TGF-α, PDGF, bombesin and TGF-β.
