患者 ,男 ,76岁。因反复左腰痛 2年 ,间歇性肉眼血尿半年入院。入院反B超及CT检查发现左肾鹿角形结石 1枚 ( 3 .5cm× 2 .5cm )嵌于肾盂输尿管交界处 ,左肾下盏数十枚 0 .5cm～ 1.0cm大小不等结石 ,合并左肾重度积水。IVP示左肾不显影 ,逆行左输尿管插管 16cm受阻。手术行肾盂
