在相同的流动条件和相同的流动干扰下,对孔板和V锥所输出的差压信号进行了实测。测试结果表明:与孔板相比较,V锥的信号噪声明显减小。而V锥发生低噪声信号的能力是它能在低差压下正常进行测量的关键和基础。
Under the same flow conditions and the same flow disturbances, the differential pressure signals output by the orifice and V cone were measured. The test results show that, compared with the orifice plate, V cone signal noise is significantly reduced. The ability of the V-cone to produce a low-noise signal is the key and foundation for its normal measurement under low differential pressure.
