工作中,常听到周围的一些从事管理工作的主管抱怨工作繁忙,总有忙不完的事,总有加不完的班,总有挨不完的骂,总有吵不完的架等诸多的抱怨。在这里,粗浅地谈谈如何做好一个管理者。或者说是如何做好一个执行的管理者、实务操作的管理者。
