利用有限元软件ABAQUS/Explicit建立破片撞击靶体模型,分析撞击物形状对靶体失效特性的影响规律及机理。通过公式拟合得到弹道极限和速度曲线,研究靶体的抗撞击性能。分析弹靶接触方式和破片形状对弹靶撞击过程、靶体失效模式和耗功的影响。结果表明:面撞击时,弹道极限与扩孔圆周呈反比,靶体发生剪切冲塞失效;点撞击时,弹道极限与扩孔面积呈反比,靶体失效为花瓣型开裂,圆球撞击兼有冲塞失效和花瓣开裂。
The finite element software ABAQUS / Explicit was used to establish the target model of the fragment impact, and the influence rule and mechanism of the impact object shape on the failure characteristics of the target were analyzed. The ballistic limit and velocity curves were obtained by formula fitting to study the impact resistance of the target. The impact of the projectile contact mode and the shape of the fragment on the impact process of the projectile, the failure mode of the target body and the work efficiency are analyzed. The results show that the ballistic limit is inversely proportional to the reaming circumference and the shear failure occurs on the target. At the time of point impact, the ballistic limit is inversely proportional to the area of reaming, and the failure of the target is of a petal type. Has a plug failure and petal cracking.
