在将离合器打滑后工件工艺力曲线简化为直线的基础上 ,建立了力能关系的计算模型 ,据此模型并在确知离合器卸压阀特性的前提下得出了某型压力机 3个相互关联的参数———最终打击力、离合器打滑后的工件变形量和变形功与预置打滑力之间的关系图 ,进而提出了打击力控制策略。
Based on the simplification of the curve of the work force of the clutch after slipping into a straight line, a calculation model of the force-energy relationship is established. Based on the model and the characteristics of the pressure-relief valve of the clutch, three types of presses Relevant parameters --- the final strike force, the workpiece after the clutch slip deformation and deformation work and the relationship between the preset slip force, and then put forward the strike force control strategy.
