通过对甘蓝型油菜杂交组合(华油8号×Altex)正反交 F_1、F_2、回交一代以及相应的杂交亲本种子中几种主要脂肪酸含量的气相色谱测定,研究了芥酸、廿碳烯酸、油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸含量的遗传以及这几种脂肪酸之间的相互关系。研究结果表明:种子中的芥酸、廿碳烯酸和油酸含量都是由胚基因型决定的,这三种脂肪酸含量受到一个共同的双基因系统的控制。但这两对基因对三种脂肪酸的作用方式不同,它们对芥酸含量表现为加性效应,对廿碳烯酸和油酸含量则具有显性或部分显性作用。亚油酸和亚麻酸含量的遗传规律尚需作进一步的研究。芥酸含量与油酸和亚油酸含量之间呈极显著的负相关;油酸和亚油酸以及亚油酸和亚麻酸含量则表现为极显著的正相关;芥酸和廿碳烯酸含量之间的相关趋势在不同的世代群体中有所不同。
The gas chromatographic analysis of the contents of several major fatty acids in the reciprocal crosses of F_1, F_2, backcross and their corresponding hybrid parents of rapeseed crosses (Huayou 8 × Altex) was carried out.
