娄烦县碘缺乏疾病调查太原市人民医院（０３０００１）韦守梅，李秦宜，刘凤兰１９９１年８月我们对太原市郊区娄烦县有关碘缺乏疾病进行了实地调查，现将调查结果报告如下：对象和方法一、对象：我们根据１９９０年全县碘缺乏疾病普查结果，对该县县城（基本无碘缺乏疾病）１０名正常人和独石河村（碘缺乏疾病严重区）２０名碘缺乏患者的甲状腺功能激素和部分抗体及尿碘进行了测定。同时，对两地的饮水进行了含碘测定。县城１０名中，男３例，女７例；年龄１９～４４岁，平均２９．４岁。无甲状腺肿大和甲状腺功能亢进或低下的临床表现。独石河村２０名碘缺乏患者中有８人为地方性克丁病患者，１２名为地方“性甲状腺肿患者。８名克汀病患者中，男５例，女３例；年龄２４～４４岁，平均３７．８岁。身高１４４～１５０ｃｍ者５例，１５２ｃｍ者２例，１６０ｃｍ者１例，身体上下部量差均大于５ｃｍ。均有不同程度的智能发育障碍；全哑者１例，半哑者２例；生活不能自理者２例。１２例甲状腺肿患者中，男３例，女９例；年龄１５～４５岁，平均３６．５岁；甲状腺肿大ⅠＡ°～ⅠＢ°者７例，Ⅲ°者５例（均有结节）。二、方法：甲状腺功能由山西省放免检测中心用中国北方同位素公司提供的药盒测得。尿碘
