螺纹连接被广泛应用在机载电子产品中。现有标准给出的一般是螺钉的保证力矩,而不是螺钉的拧紧力矩。拧紧力矩的大小与螺纹副的连接可靠性息息相关。文中以机载电子设备常用材质的螺纹和常用规格的标准件为对象,对影响螺钉拧紧力矩的因素进行分析,确定了保证力矩,计算了螺钉拧紧力矩,并采用实验验证的方法,给出了各种螺纹副连接条件下推荐使用的拧紧力矩值。对机载电子产品装配中螺钉拧紧力矩的确定起到了重要的指导作用。
Threaded connections are widely used in airborne electronics. The current standard gives a general guarantee of the screw torque, rather than the screw tightening torque. The size of the tightening torque is closely related to the connection reliability of the thread pair. In this paper, the common thread material and the common standard parts of airborne electronic equipment are taken as object to analyze the factors that influence the screw tightening torque, the guarantee moment is determined, the screw tightening torque is calculated, and the experimental verification method is given. Recommended tightening torque values for various thread connections. The determination of screw tightening torque in the assembly of airborne electronic products has played an important guiding role.
