民事法律监督权是我国宪法赋予检察机关的一项重要权 能，其包括检察机关对民事主体的民事实体活动和民事诉讼 活动两个方面的监督。由此，民事检察监督的方式应当不仅仅 包括民事抗诉权，还应当包括民事公诉权。
The right to supervise the civil law is an important power conferred on the procuratorial organs by our country’s Constitution. It includes the procuratorial organs supervising both the civil entity activities and the civil action activities of the civil entities. Thus, the way of civil procuratorial supervision should not only include the right of civil protest, but also include the right of civil prosecution.
