随着国际贸易和国际运输不断发展,经济全球化深入和低碳经济的到来,越来越多的交货期短、体积较小、重量较轻等产品选择航空运输,所以航空货运代理发展的速度非常之快,它成为国际货运代理行业重要的环节之一。本文主要通过T公司航空货运代理所做的SWOT分析,着手分析企业内外部的优劣势和机遇挑战,深入探究其发展策略及应对措施。
With the continuous development of international trade and international transport, the deepening of economic globalization and the arrival of low-carbon economy, more and more products with shorter delivery time, smaller size and lighter weight are selected for air transport. Therefore, the development of air cargo agency Speed is very fast, it has become an important part of the international freight forwarding industry. This paper mainly analyzes the strengths and weaknesses and opportunities and challenges within and outside the enterprise through the SWOT analysis done by T company’s air cargo agents and probes into its development strategy and countermeasures.
