目的 :提高肾上腺皮质癌的诊治水平。方法 :结合临床资料及有关文献回顾性分析 3例肾上腺皮质癌的临床表现、病理分期、诊断治疗和预后。结果 :1例女性患者为 期功能型肿瘤 ,经手术治疗生存 3年 ;2例男性患者为 期无功能型肿瘤 ,1例手术生存 2年 7个月 ,最后死于无关疾病 ,1例行穿刺活检生存 4个月后死亡。结论 :外科手术是肾上腺皮质癌唯一有效的治疗方法 ,早期诊断、彻底手术是治疗本病的关键。
Objective: To improve the diagnosis and treatment of adrenocortical cancer. Methods: The clinical manifestations, pathological staging, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of 3 cases of adrenocortical carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed with clinical data and relevant literatures. Results: One female patient with functional tumor survived for 3 years after operation. Two patients with non-functioning tumor were male. One patient survived for 2 years and 7 months and finally died of unrelated disease. One patient survived the biopsy 4 months after death. Conclusion: Surgery is the only effective treatment for adrenocortical carcinoma. Early diagnosis and thorough operation are the key points for the treatment of this disease.
