(A) I remember when going to Taiwan by the end of 2003, when I took a tour bus to the southern part of the island, Shi Zhexiong, my hometown in Lukang, asked me: ”Do you know that peanuts are called potatoes in Taiwan?“ I heard not help but Leng Leng asked: ”What is that potatoes ah?“ Shi Shi heard my question was stunned, paused and said: ”Taiwan called potato, the mainland called the potato?“ I said: ”Potato is a scientific name, mostly called potatoes in the north, and also called potatoes in the south.“ This reminds me of listening to my teacher when I was in elementary school. In fact, the ”dirt pocket" is very much like the growing state of peanuts - it grows in the sand and is covered in the ground by hand.
