几年来高师普通体育教育改革取得可喜成绩。在大学一、二年级同时开设专项课,艺术体操、武术、排球、足球运动受到越来越多学生的欢迎。考试实行题库制,给体育改革带来了积极的效果。但是普通体育教育改革仍然存在不少问题,特别是高年级学生很少参加体育活动,身体素质呈现明显下降趋势。为提高学生身体素质,探索普通体育教育改革的思路,我们对我院四年级学生进行抽样调查,重点调查了他们升入三年级以后参加体育活动的情况。以此为例对高师普通体育教育的改革提出几点思考。一、调查结果与分析 1.三、四年级学生参加体育活动情况的调查结果是:每周能参加体育锻炼两次以上的男生占35%,女生占20%;经常不参加体育锻炼的男生占61%,女生占61%;基本上不参加体育锻炼的男生占4%,女生占19%。以上调查虽为随机抽样,但也能充分反映大学高年级很少参加体育活动的现状。
In recent years, the normal college physical education reform has made gratifying achievements. At the same time in the first and second year of college, there are special courses, rhythmic gymnastics, martial arts, volleyball and soccer are welcomed by more and more students. In particular, the senior students seldom participate in physical activity, and the physical quality shows a clear downward trend. In order to improve students’ physical fitness and explore the general physical education reform ideas, we conducted a sample survey of fourth-grade students in our hospital and investigated their participation in sports activities after they entered the third grade. Taking this as an example, this article puts forward some thoughts on the reform of common physical education in normal university. First, the survey results and analysis 1. Third and fourth grade students to participate in physical activity survey results are: a week to participate in physical activity more than two boys accounted for 35%, 20% of girls; often do not participate in physical exercise boys 61 %, Girls 61%; basically do not participate in physical activity of boys 4%, 19% of girls.
