目的;探讨人员培训和资质准入制度对院前急救效果的影响。方法 :将2016年1~12月收治的641例急诊患者作为观察组,将2015年1~12月收治的643例急诊患者作为对照组,对我市120中心实施人员岗前培训前(2015年1~12月)和岗前培训后(2016年1~12月)收治急症患者的院前急救的效果进行评价。结果:观察组接受院前急救的患者在入院时病情发展,出院时病情转归、结局等方面均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:建立健全严格科学的岗前培训制度、实施体系化的资质准入制度,对于更好的服务患者、提高我国整体急救水平、改善我国居民健康状况具有非常积极的意义。
Objectives; To explore the personnel training and qualification access system on the pre-hospital emergency effect. Methods: A total of 641 emergency patients admitted from January to December in 2016 were selected as the observation group, and 643 emergency patients admitted from January to December in 2015 were selected as the control group. Before the implementation of pre-service training (2015 January to December) and the pre-hospital training (January to December 2016) to treat the emergency pre-hospital emergency results were evaluated. Results: The patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group at the time of hospital admission, the condition at the time of discharge, and the outcome at the time of discharge. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Establishing and perfecting a rigorous scientific pre-service training system and implementing a systematic qualification access system are of great positive significance for better serving the patients, improving the overall emergency level in our country and improving the health status of our residents.
