利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析、X射线能谱和图像分析仪等方法、手段,综合分析了U_3Si_2-Al弥散板型燃料板和主要质量问题,即燃料相的微观组织结构、燃料相和Al基体的相容性,燃料相的分析情况、狗骨形态、单板包壳厚度和芯体与包覆材料的结合质量等,以及它们对产品质量的影响。分析结果表明,U-7.7%Si铸态合金中,主要是U_3Si_2相,还含有约12%USi相,用正常轧制工艺生产的单板中,燃料相与铝基体发生轻微反应;芯体与包壳、框架与包壳的冶金结合质量差的主要原因是残留气体被封闭在板内;通过解剖检测结果证明涡流法与超声法检测结果是可靠的。
The microstructure of U_3Si_2-Al diffuser plate fuel plate and its main quality problems were analyzed by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy and image analyzer, that is, the microstructure of fuel phase, Phase and Al matrix compatibility, fuel phase analysis, dog bone morphology, veneer cladding thickness and core and cladding material bonding quality, and their impact on product quality. The results show that U-3Si_2 phase and U-7.7% Si cast alloy contain about 12% USi phase. In the veneer produced by normal rolling process, the fuel phase reacts slightly with aluminum matrix. The main reason for the poor metallurgical bond between the cladding, the framework and the cladding is that the residual gas is trapped inside the plate. The results of the anatomical test prove that the eddy current method and the ultrasonic method are reliable.
