在单因素试验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken设计对溪黄草总黄酮超声波协同微波提取工艺中的液料比、提取时间和微波功率3个因素的最优化组合进行了定量研究,建立并分析了各因素与得率关系的数学模型。结果表明:最佳的工艺条件为液料比13.6mL/g、提取时间118s和微波功率400W,经试验验证此条件下得率为7.154%,与理论计算值7.176%基本一致。说明回归模型能较好地预测溪黄草总黄酮的提取得率。
Based on the single-factor experiment, the optimal combination of liquid-to-solid ratio, extraction time and microwave power in the ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from Xihuangcao were studied by Box-Behnken design. The optimal combination of three factors was established and analyzed The mathematical model of the relationship between factors and yield. The results showed that the optimal process conditions were liquid-to-solid ratio of 13.6mL / g, extraction time of 118s and microwave power of 400W. The yield under this condition was 7.154%, which was basically consistent with the theoretical value of 7.176%. The regression model can predict the extraction yield of total flavonoids from Xihuangcao better.
