玉米单交种叶片生长规律及其与穗分化关系的观察

不同节位的叶片,由于叶面积、生长速度等各不相同,故光合产物对生殖器官的影响也不相同。研究玉米植株不同层次叶片的生长规律及其与穗分化的关系,亦即以叶片作为形态指标,掌握穗分化时期,可以提供玉米田间管理在不同生育阶段主攻某层次叶片的理论依据。材料与方法新单14号、鲁原单4号和京早七号三个单交种,从出苗开始,每个品种选定5株,并进行叶序标记(第5片叶),作为观察株。每两天观察一次,直到叶片全展。记录各 Leaves of different nodes, due to the different leaf area, growth rate, so photosynthetic products on reproductive organs are not the same.
