对甘蔗叶片衰老与膜脂过氧化关系进行的研究表明,在甘蔗叶片衰老过程中,伴随着膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量的急剧上升,质膜透性迅速增大;膜脂过氧化防御酶超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性和抗氧化物质抗坏血酸、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)等含量显著下降;组织自动氧化速率明显增大。可以认为,膜脂过氧化是甘蔗叶片衰老的重要原因之一。 Studies on the relationship between leaf senescence and membrane lipid peroxidation showed that during the senescence of sugarcane leaves, membrane lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA) content increased sharply and membrane permeability increased rapidly. Membrane lipid The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and antioxidants such as ascorbic acid and glutathione (GSH) decreased significantly. The rate of tissue autoxidation increased significantly. It can be considered that membrane lipid peroxidation is one of the important reasons for the aging of sugarcane leaves.
