笔者在临床中选取腰部俞穴配合委中放血、拔罐,治疗急性腰扭伤40例.报告如下. 1 临床资料 40例均为门诊病人,病程最短2小时,最长1天,均有明显腰部扭伤史,腰部一侧或两侧剧烈疼痛,活动受限或不能翻身、坐立,行走常保持一定强迫姿势,受伤部位压痛,无椎间盘突出体征,X线片排除骨折及其它骨质损伤疾病.……
