试验对位于山东省无棣县北部的黄河三角洲贝壳堤岛,逐月进行分层(上、中、下3层)取样研究该区跳虫群落结构,共获得各类跳虫标本7 461头,隶属于弹尾纲4目7科17属。结果表明,优势类群为棘跳属(Onychiurus)和符跳属(Folsomia)两者之和占总捕获个体数量的79.25%;常见类群为球角跳属(Hypogastrura),疣跳属(Neanura),奇跳属(Xenylla)和等节跳属(Isotoma),占总捕获个体数量的15.91%;其他11个属为稀有类群,仅占总捕获个体数量的4.84%。跳虫群落的Margalef丰富度指数、Shannon-Weiner多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数的变化规律一致,Simpson优势度指数与Pielou均匀度指数的变化规律相反。Shannon-Weiner多样性指数(H)的月份动态为8月>7月>9月>10月>5月>6月。
Experiments were conducted on the shell embankment of the Yellow River Delta located in the northern part of Wudi County, Shandong Province. Stratified (upper, middle and lower three layers) samples were taken every month to study the structure of the demodex community in the area. A total of 7 461 specimens of various hoppers were obtained. Affiliated to the order 4 orders 7 families 17 genera. The results showed that the dominant taxa were 79.25% of the total number of individuals captured on the order of Onychiurus and Folsomia. The common taxa were Hypogastrura, Neanura, Xenylla and Isotoma, accounting for 15.91% of the total number of individuals captured; the other 11 genera are rare and accounted for only 4.84% of the total number of individuals captured. Margalef richness index, Shannon-Weiner diversity index and Pielou evenness index of the herd community were the same, and the change rule of Simpson dominance index and Pielou evenness index was the opposite. The monthly variation of Shannon-Weiner diversity index (H) was August> July> September> October> May> June.
