目的研究知母Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.中黄酮类化学成分,探索其性味物质基础。方法采用ODS和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱,结合高效液相色谱技术,对知母水提物进行分离纯化,根据核磁、质谱等数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为芒果苷(1)、皇冠苷A(2)、异牡荆素(3)、telephioidin(4)、新芒果苷(5)、2,6,4’-trihydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone(6)、鸢尾酚酮-2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、鸢尾酚酮-3-C-β-葡萄糖苷(8)、牡荆素(9)、鸢尾酚酮(10)、异芒果苷(11)。结论化合物4、7、8为首次从百合科中分离得到,化合物3为首次从知母属中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of flavonoids in Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. Methods The aqueous extracts of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae was isolated and purified by ODS and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography combined with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR, MS and other data. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as mangiferin (1), tartrazine A (2), isovitaminin (3), telephioidin (4), ne mangiferin (5), 2,6,4’- trihydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone (6), irisone-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), irisone-3-C-β-glucoside (8) ), Irisone (10), and different mangiferin (11). Conclusion Compounds 4, 7 and 8 were isolated from Liliaceae for the first time. Compound 3 was isolated from Anemarrhena for the first time.
