一、核能、核技术的基本内涵“高技术”一词起源于美国,目前尚没有统一的定义.多数人认为,高技术是指那些基本原理建立在最新科学成就基础上,并能创造较高的经济效益,具有较强增值作用,能向经济、社会各个领域广泛渗透的新技术.高技术一般可分为两大类.一类称为高准度技术.如航天技术、导弹技术以及我们这里将要介绍的核能与核技术;另一类称为高效益技术,如微电子、生物工程、新能源、激光、新材料等等.当然,两者之间并没有严格的界线.例如,核技术领域里的核应用技术就介于两者之间,它既有高准度技术的特征,又能产生高效益.
