1984年9月27日“喷施棕黄腐酸提高哈密瓜品质”的科研成果通过鉴定后,1985年开始在哈密、昌吉、103团进行示范推广,当年推广示范面积为1915亩(其中:哈密800亩、103团615亩、昌吉500亩)。喷施腐植酸后平均增加含糖量1.85度,维生素C含量每百克增加2.316毫克,提高55.76%(见1985年工作报告)。 1986年在此基础上继续与哈密地区农技开发中心,哈密市农业推广站、103团科技科、昌吉市农技站等单位协作进行示范推
