在激性溃疡临床并不少见，多发生于病情危重及大手术后，病情发展快，如不及时处理往往危及生命．早期诊断及时处理能明显提高患者生存率．本文对应激性溃疡的病因、发病机制，治疗及预防参考了文献进行说明和讨论．
In the acute ulcer clinical is not uncommon, occurred in critical condition and major surgery, the rapid development of the disease, if not promptly deal with life-threatening. Early diagnosis and timely treatment can significantly improve patient survival.
