2008年1月18日以来,我国南方大部分地区遭受雨雪冰冻灾害。灾情发生后,中央人民广播电台迅速行动,从1月21日起在覆盖全国的“中国之声”推出全天不间断的特别直播节目《爱心守望风雪同行》,这一举措使得中央人民广播电台成为全国新闻媒体中第一家意识到灾情严重的媒体,也是报道最为迅速、规模最大、持续时间最长的媒体。《爱心守望风雪同行》发挥广播媒体的先天优势,为党中央、国务院抗灾救灾决策的部署落实,为受灾群众和滞留旅客的出行和生活,为“通电、通路、安民”做出了切实的贡献,受到了高层领导与广大群众的高度好评。2008年2月19日,中央人民广播电台专门就此召开研讨会,就“广播在突发事件中的责任与作用”进行了充分探讨。本期“个案研究”聚焦中央人民广播电台“中国之声”的《爱心守望风雪同行》特别直播节目,并发表研讨会的综述以飨读者。
Since January 18, 2008, most parts of southern China have been hit by freezing rain and snow. After the disaster, the Central People’s Broadcasting Station acted swiftly to launch a special 24-hour special live broadcast program “Lovers Watch the Snowstorm” in the nationwide “Voice of China” starting January 21. The move made Central People’s Broadcasting Station became the first media in the country to be aware of the disaster and the fastest-reported, largest and longest-lasting media coverage. “Love Watch the Friends of the Snowstorm” Give Play to the Inherent Superiority of Broadcasting Media to Implement the Disaster Relief and Disaster Relief Policy-making for the Central Government and the State Council, Make Outings and Lives for the Affected People and Departing Passengers, and Make Power, Access and Safety “ Practical contributions have been highly praised by top leaders and the general public.
