我国职业教育的改革正在向教学领域不断深入,关于课程设置,教材使用,及教学方法的讨论可谓“仁者见仁,智者见智”改革之势已是风起云涌。但当我们把视角转向最终落实职业教育培养目标的职业学校的课堂,我们不难发现,“几十年如一日”的课堂教学“涛声依旧”除了为数不多的教师在做一些吃力不讨好的改革尝试外,大部分教师在等待、观望,大部分课堂仍是“死水一滩”。教学改革要从整体上考虑,从管理的角度上把教师的“教”与学生的“学”联系成一个整体。
