近年来,我省私营企业发展迅速。为有效维护私营企业职工的合法权益,必须在私营企业大力推行平等协商和集体合同制度。当前,私营企业集体合同工作还存在着诸多问题,亟待从以下三个方面实现突破:一要在签订区域性、行业性集体合同上有所突破。要加大区域性私营企业工会联合会的组建步伐,推行由私营企业工会联合会与相应的企业组织或主管部门进行协商,签订集体合同。这一合同覆盖本区域所有私营企业,包括尚未建立工会组织的私营企业。所属私营企业可以根据区域性集体合同,进行细化和量化,经协商,签订本企业集体
