本实验室及国外实验室已报道B组维生素B1,B6,B12的镇痛作用,但维生素B2对痛阈的影响,尚未见报道。实验应用辐射热甩尾法测痛,刺激坐骨神经C类纤维诱发体感皮层电反应(平均诱发电位),以[3H]标记放免测定血中前列腺素E2,探讨了维生素B2对大鼠痛阈的影响及其机制。结果证明,腹腔注射75和150mg/kg维生素B2可降低大鼠痛阈;而且可被由腹腔注射的醋氨酚所对抗。放免测定血中前列腺素证明注射维生素B2后,血中前列腺素含量明显升高。因而认为,维生素B2降低大鼠痛阈的作用,可能与外周前列腺素含量升高有关。
The laboratory and foreign laboratories have reported the B group of vitamin B1, B6, B12 analgesic effect, but the impact of vitamin B2 on pain threshold, has not been reported. Radiofrequency thermofluo-tail method was used to test the pain, stimulated the sciatic nerve C fibers to induce somatosensory cortical response (mean evoked potentials), and radioimmunoassay was used to measure prostaglandin E2 by radioimmunoassay.
