大数据时代的到来使各国之间的经济文化交流变得日益密切,同时方便了人民的生产生活,实现了资源共享,但是大数据背景下存在一定的负面影响,不利于保护公民的个人信息,而现代化手段保护个人信息的成效较小,对于个人信息保护工作带来较大困难。现代社会中保护人们的个人信息已经成为社会热议的话题,由此需要重视保护个人信息。
