在分析中国锅炉现状以及能效和环境标准的基础上 ,对工业锅炉污染治理途径进行研究。结果表明工业锅炉燃用洗选煤与锅炉改造配合 ,可提高锅炉效率 5 %～ 10 % ,减少污染物排放 30 %～ 5 0 % ,运行成本变化不大 ,适宜在广大中小城市广泛应用。结合研究结果 ,又提出了解决工业锅炉污染和效率问题的对策建议。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of China’s boilers and energy efficiency and environmental standards, the ways of industrial boiler pollution control are studied. The results show that coal washing with industrial boilers combined with boiler reform can improve the boiler efficiency by 5% -10% and reduce the pollutant discharge by 30% ~ 50%, with little change in operating costs and is suitable for a wide range of medium and small cities. Combined with the research results, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of pollution and efficiency of industrial boilers.
