目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血浆基质金属蛋白酶-12和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1水平变化。方法:慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者30例为观察组,同期健康体检者30例为对照组。检测观察组急性加重期、稳定期及对照组第1秒用力呼气量,第1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量,血浆基质金属蛋白酶-12和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1水平并进行比较,并对基质金属蛋白酶-12和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1进行相关性检验。结果:观察组急性加重期、稳定期第1秒用力呼气量,第1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),血浆基质金属蛋白酶-12和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1水平及基质金属蛋白酶-12/基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1比值较对照组显著增高(P<0.05)。血浆基质金属蛋白酶-12和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂水平呈显著的正相关。结论:基质金属蛋白酶-12/基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1的平衡失调参与了慢性阻塞性肺疾病的发病,监测基质金属蛋白酶-12和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1水平可反映病情变化并指导治疗。
Objective: To investigate the changes of plasma MMP-12 and TIMP-1 levels in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: Thirty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) were observed and 30 healthy controls were selected as control group. The acute phase of exacerbation and stable phase in the observation group were compared with the forced expiratory volume at 1 second, the forced expiratory volume at 1 second / forced vital capacity, plasma MMP-12 and tissue inhibitor-1 levels of the control group , And the correlation test between MMP-12 and MMP-1. Results: The forced expiratory volume at 1 second, the forced expiratory volume at 1 second, forced vital capacity at forced expiratory volume in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) at the acute exacerbation and stable phases. The plasma matrix metalloproteinase-12 and matrix metalloproteinase Inhibitor-1 and the ratio of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-12 / matrix metalloproteinase-1 were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Plasma matrix metalloproteinase-12 and matrix metalloproteinase tissue inhibitor levels were significantly positively correlated. Conclusions: The imbalance of MMP-12 / TIMP-1 is involved in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Monitoring the levels of MMP-12 and TIMP-1 may reflect the changes of the disease Guiding treatment.
