基于多媒体和网络环境下的思想政治课教学模式是指以建构主义理论为指导、以信息技术为认知工具、以优化学科知识的学习过程为目标,将信息技术与传统的政治课教学相整合,以学生使用信息技术为主的自主学习型教学模式,其教学是在不同的网络条件下,通过学生对教学资源的独立学习或合作学习来完成的。这种教学模式有利于培养学生的信息素养,落实因材施教,促使全体学生在原有的基础上都得到发展。
